Golfweek Amateur Tour Partners With Boxgroove

We are pleased to annouce that the Golfweek Amateur Tours operated by Upstate Golf Services has partnered with Boxgroove. Each member of our tours will receive a free premium membership to Boxgroove. This is a $49 value for our members. I will be receiving confirmation numbers in the mail sometime in the next (2) weeks. I will then email each member a code for them to enter into the Boxgroove website to activate their membership. In the meantime, read over the Boxgroove writeup below and visit their website at www.boxgroove.com for more information.

More than a tee-time aggregator, reciprocal-club network or fractionalized country-club membership, Boxgroove offers players seeking diverse golf experiences the opportunity to forge new golf relationships and play private courses in the United States, which they select from the Boxgroove options. Boxgroove provides members with meaningful opportunities to play private golf clubs around the U.S., a powerful arena for business and social networking, a simple Web-based method of accessing tee times at private golf clubs and a national community that shares passion for the game. For business or vacation travel, or even a weekend away, Boxgroove provides members with the chance to explore appealing golf venues while meeting new players or bringing their own guests.

  1. This is a great prgoram. I only hope that they get more courses down here. When I was in Ohio it was a great service and we played A LOT of great courses.

  2. @Kweaver....thanks for the compliments. We are working fast and furiously to help the golf industry. We know there is some great golf in the Carolinas and hope to have 12 - 20 more courses involved in the coming months. As golfers, you can help us. Refer your friends to our site to join. Tell them to start as a standard or free member so they only spend money if they are going to use the service. We truly have the Chicken/Egg dilemma! Some private courses want to see us get to 10K golfers and then they will participate. Golfers want to see more courses. So let the golfer help us shape the network. Lastly, if you know a private course that could use our service, send us an email to customer.service@boxgroove.com. We all win here...the prospective club golfer, the club and the country club golfer who's club is financially viable! Don't worry, we are working on the Winged Foot's and Marion's of the world so no need to email us with the top 100!

We are excited to being partnering with the Golfweek Amateur Tour. Don't be shy. Check back as wee add courses weekly.

    Thanks,
